EXIT Success Realty was honored to have Craig Witt, President of the US Division EXIT Realty Corp. International speak via Zoom at their Monday Business Meeting.

Witt spoke to the agents and staff of EXIT Success Realty about having to come up with new ways to do business with the pandemic and how it affected each of us. He explained that we have had to be creative instead of complacent, reinventing ourselves to be successful in this new and ever-changing market.

“Great producing agents should be a trusted advisor for their clients who share their knowledge, market trends, the corrections and how the activity shifts,” explained Witt.

He cautioned that a correction is coming so agents should be on top of this and be ready for short sales, foreclosures and a change in interest rates.
