EXIT Realty Lowcountry Group to Host Free First Time Homebuyer Workshop Starting Soon

North Charleston, South Carolina (Grassroots Newswire) November 2, 2021 -- EXIT Realty Lowcountry Group  invites first time homebuyers to attend a free 2 hour workshop to help answer their many questions. Find out what options are available to finance a first home; learn about steps that can be taken to prepare for home ownership and gain the insights that will make a first home purchase as successful as possible.

The workshop is being hosted in partnership by PASTORS, Inc a local non-profit and the Town of Summerville. The goal is to assist prospective home buyers in the process of purchasing a home. Topics will include, but not limited to Fair Housing, down payment assistance programs, steps to apply for a mortgage, what to expect in the homebuying process, and much more. Participants will leave armed with the next steps they should take to make homeownership a reality. The workshop begins at 10am at the Rollins Edwards Community Center located at 301 North Hickory St, Summerville SC 29483.
