Gonzalez, was recently elected by NeighborWorks Laredo Board of Directors and CEO Elizabeth Alonzo, as first elected woman to serve as President. Flor brings years of experience in the real estate industry, mortgage lending, construction & design and many other valuable experience which will help her continue the great leadership of past Presidents at NeighborWorks Laredo. Flor served as President, Board member and Education Chair of the Laredo Association of Realtors, Committee Member at the Texas Realtors Association, Co-Owner of Mail & Business Enterprise Inc., the Real Estate Source Inc., Los Abuelos R.E. Investment Group, LLC and EXIT Realty Laredo. Flor is excited to be working alongside many of the Board Members and Past Presidents of NeighborWorks to help the Laredo Community.

Flor has earned many recognition awards and is internationally ranked in the EXIT Realty International Franchise. Her love and passion is to help people buy their first home. Along with working in her business as a Real Estate Broker, she has served as Board Secretary, Vice President, Chaired special events, rental Committees and Co-Chaired the Construction Committee of NeighborWorks Laredo. Flor and her husband Kelly have always given back through their own holiday week of giving. Providing those in need with food, toys, and Christmas caroling over the holiday season.
