Local Broker attends National Conference for Real Estate Industry

Cher Miculka, Broker/Owner of EXIT Premier Realty in San Antonio, attended the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) conference recently held in San Diego, California. NAR is the largest trade organization in the U.S. with more than a million members. The event brought together thousands of real estate professionals to "share and explore key industry insights, advancements and practical applications across the real estate industry."

 

"NAR announced the new guidance for MLS transparency for consumers that was voted on by the Board of Directors to be adopted effective January 1, 2022.  These changes state what is already "the spirit and intent" of the Code of Ethics and local broker marketplace in an more in-depth fashion," says Miculka.

 

Miculka has served as the 2021 Chairman of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS. She serves not only on various committees with NAR but is a delegate on the NAR Board of Directors, and as such was involved in the governance voting sessions for issues and updates related to NAR and the real estate industry.
