EXIT Capstone Realty Hosted Successful Free First Time Homebuyer Workshop

Demopolis, Alabama (Grassroots Newswire) 05/12/2022 -- EXIT Capstone Realty agent, Maurice Gunter, hosted his first annual first time homebuyers seminar to help educate potential homebuyers in the Demopolis area on the homebuying process. The event took place at Mr. G's Pizza in Demopolis. During the event, potential first time homebuyers found out what options are available to finance a first home; learned about steps that can be taken to prepare for home ownership and gained the insights that will make a first home purchase as successful as possible.

"It was a delight to watch the excitement grow as participants learned the facts about buying their first home and engaged by asking a lot of important questions," said Maurice Gunter, REALTOR® with EXIT Capstone Realty.
