Juan Castiblanco Joins EXIT Realty in Martinsburg

Martinsburg, WV (Grassroots Newswire) May 23, 2022 -- EXIT Success Realty in Martinsburg today announced the addition of Juan Castiblanco to its team of real estate professionals.

Juan Castiblanco was born in Bogota, Columbia in South America and moved to the Panhandle of West Virginia in 2015. Not being able to speak much English was a struggle for him but he worked hard and taught himself the language and graduated with his class from Mussleman High School.

“This area was very different from the big city of Bogota, but I really learned to like the slower pace, it is less stressful than the craziness of lots of people and all the traffic but it’s not too far from a bigger city if you want to visit,” said Castiblanco.

During his high school years and after, he worked in the service industry. Juan feels the skills he learned in customer relations, talking with people you just met and problem solving will translate very well in his real estate career.

Juan became interested in real estate watching his stepfather work as an agent for many years and it sparked a passion that he knew he wanted to pursue so he set about to get his license.

Juan desires to serve all his clients especially those in the Spanish speaking community by helping those clients break down the language barrier. He wants everyone to make the best decisions in regard to their real estate purchases.
