Michelle Cruz Joins EXIT Realty in Martinsburg

Being from a military family Michelle has moved around a bit but lived the longest on the Eastern Shore of Maryland before moving to the Falling Waters area where she has resided for almost ten years.

Michelle graduated from Hedgesville High School and then earned her certification as a massage therapist. She is currently earning her degree in Human Resources from Saint Leo University which she feels will help her real estate career.

Michelle enjoyed her time as a massage therapist but wanting more flexibility and something that put her in the driver’s seat when it came to her income, Michelle decided to test and become a real estate agent. With her HR degree, her attention to detail, time management and customer service skills Michelle believes she is able, to help home buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs.

She really likes working with first time home buyers, teaching them the process and reassuring them along the way. Michelle decided to join EXIT Success Realty’s team because the broker is local and she was hearing lots of good things about the office and their involvement in the community which is something she is passionate about.

When Michelle has free time, she loves to spend it creating art through painting and hiking with her two children. Michelle also has volunteered in various organizations her latest was with the Trevor Project which helped LGBTQIA+ youth in crisis.
