MARTINSBURG, WV (Grassroots Newswire) June 16, 2022 -- EXIT Success Realty is offering Buffini & Company 100 Days to Greatness real estate training program. This course provides methods for newly-licensed agents to create and optimize their database and lead generation strategy through dialogues, role play scenarios and resources for a smooth buying and selling client experience. Developed by industry expert Brian Buffini, this 14-week course introduces agents to the work by referral system and builds a foundation on which they may build a successful business. Classes will begin on Friday July 8, 2022.

Facilitated by Broker, Howard Kronthal, 100 Days to Greatness is delivered through a series of video modules and includes weekly action steps to accelerate agents’ careers. Participants in each class have access to a robust online resource center that includes infographics, presentations and dialogues, access to Referral Maker^® CRM and a tracking system.
