Legendary Real Estate Families Join Forces

Rockford Metro / Loves Park, Illiniois 6/24/2022 — Maurer Real Estate Group and Redefined Real Estate LLC have entered into an agreement to create a strategic partnership.  The name of the combined organization will be Maurer Real Estate Group EXIT Realty Redefined.  Greg Maurer, President of Maurer Real Estate Group Inc. and Roger Jenisch, Managing Principal of Redefined Real Estate LLC made a joint announcement this week to the current staff and brokers.

Greg Maurer stated, “We are excited about this partnership which will bring opportunities for our current brokers to grow their business and for our clients to continue to receive an excellent buying and selling experience”.  Greg Maurer and Maurer Real Estate Group have been the local Real Estate Experts in the Rockford Metro area.  Greg has been in Real Estate since 1983 and operating Maurer Real Estate Group for 15 years.  Maurer Real Estate Group is a Full-Service Real Estate company that will now have a North American Network of Real Estate Professionals. 

Roger Jenisch started in the family real estate and insurance business in 1983.  His father and mother started R. A. Jenisch Insurance and Real Estate in May of 1970.  Roger is an expert in real estate office management.   Redefined Real Estate LLC operates four offices in the Chicago Metro Area which operate under the name of EXIT Realty Redefined.  In addition, they manage and consult other EXIT Franchisees in the Midwest.  The organization has a real estate license holding company and a title insurance agency which are affiliated organizations.  Roger Jenisch said, “Based on our continued success with EXIT Realty, we were ready to expand into the Rockford Metro / Loves Park community.  We know we can count on the EXIT Formula, EXIT’s state-of-the-art technology, in-depth training and more to help grow Maurer Real Estate Group EXIT Realty Redefined".  said Jenisch, "We are very excited to assist the residents of Rockford Metro with their real estate needs.
