Jessica Palmer Joins EXIT Realty in Martinsburg

After traveling all over the country with her husband who worked in government, Jessica and her family decided to settle down in Falling Waters, West Virginia and have lived there for over 15 years. She has met a lot of people in the area and has watched the community grow.

Her niece, who worked in property management and real estate, encouraged Jessica to get involved in real estate since she had been exposed to different cultures and communities. Coupled with her desire to help people and ability to talk to anyone her niece thought she would do well, Jessica decided to take the real estate licensing classes.

During her real estate class, She met Howard, EXIT Success Realty’s broker/owner at a career night. “He seemed family oriented, confident, and easy to talk to and answered all my questions. After I talked to a few other brokers, I researched EXIT and saw the successes of the company and wanted to be involved”, said Palmer.

As a former foster parent, home health aide and with her Human Resources experiences she felt she had a lot to bring to the table in real estate. Palmer stated, “I care, have compassion, and enjoy building relationships and I know how to handle your real estate needs.”
