EXIT Realty Inter Lake Named Broker of the Year for Canada

Owners Mark Seamone and Kristopher Snarby Honoured by EXIT Realty Corp. International

 

Bridgewater, NS – Mark Seamone and Kristopher Snarby, Owners of EXIT Realty Inter Lake with locations in Liverpool and Bridgewater, were named Canadian Brokers of the Year during EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Convention held recently at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort near Jacksonville, Florida.

 

The brokerage is the oldest in the EXIT system, having served the Bridgewater area for twenty-five years.  Seamone joined the ownership team in 2002 and Snarby in 2019 when the original owner, Jon Walker, retired.  The pair leads the brokerage which enjoys #1 market share in many of the communities they serve. 

 

Seamone and Snarby were also recognized for individual sales achievement at the event. Seamone was honoured with the Gold Award for closing between 75 and 99 real estate transaction sides for the period July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022. Snarby achieved the Million Dollar Circle for closing more than a million dollars in gross commissions and the Titanium Elite Award for closing between 200 and 299 real estate transaction sides for the same period. In addition, he was inducted into the company’s prestigious Emerald Circle for closing 750 real estate transaction sides during his career with EXIT.
