Gulfport, MS (Grassroots Newswire) 12/15/2022 -- EXIT Magnolia Coast Realty Owner, Tiffany Marshall, along with her Director of Operations, Nicole French travelled to Atlanta GA recently for Broker/Owner Training, an intense 5 day workshop attended by some of the top real estate leadership in North America.

 Marshall, participated in discussions focused on developing real estate professionals, company culture and marketing. Also in attendance were EXIT Realty Corp. International’s CEO, Tami Bonnell, US Division President, Lori Mueller, and other top executives.

Another focus of Broker/Owner training was ways in which real estate brokerages can become more involved in their local communities. A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds.
