Carla Lunday-Duguay Joins EXIT Realty in Raleigh

Raleigh, NC (Grassroots Newswire) 02/16/2023 -- EXIT Realty Preferred Triangle in Raleigh today announced the addition of Carla Lunday-Duguay to its team of real estate professionals.

A North Carolina native, born and raised in Mebane, and most recently residing in Raleigh, Carla brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience to our office, after having served in Residential New Construction at companies like Taylor Morrison, AV Homes, Savvy Homes, and Capitol City Homes for nearly a decade. She started out in the Design Center, helping clients choose their finishing touches on custom home designs, an area she loved and was passionate about, and eventually moved onto Purchasing and Estimating, learning all the details of contracts and construction timeframes. This was right in line with Carla’s career pursuit after having graduated from Meredith College in 2015 with B.S. Degree in Interior Design and Architecture.

Not very long after she graduated, in 2018, Carla earned the MAME Award for Best Model Merchandising for the price point $375,000-$400,000 while she worked at Savvy Homes, a huge accomplishment for her personally. “It was a ton of fun,” Carla said, “I completely furnished the model home on-site myself, and got to pick everything from the couches to the countertops.” Also during her time in Residential Construction, Carla and her team won the Triangle Parade of Homes Award for both Bronze, Silver, and Gold multiple times, another huge accomplishment she was able to be a part of. Most recently, Carla had the opportunity to work on luxury estate homes in Oahu, Hawaii for the last year where she learned extensive renovation experience and had one-on-one client relations with a myriad of an international customer base. Now Carla is excited about transitioning into Residential Resales, focusing her previous industry experience into helping clients in a more direct way.
