Lanette affectionately known as Lennie was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. With southern roots in Marion County, South Carolina Lanette made Mullins, South Carolina - a great place to live and work - her home for the past 25 years. Before joining EXIT Realty Low Country Group, Lanette was an educator with Florence County public schools. Prior to joining the public school system, she spent multiple years as a licensed nail tech, instructor and business owner in the beauty industry. Lanette holds a Bachelor's degree in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University and an Associate in Health Information Management from Florence Darlington Technical College. Additionally, she is an entrepreneur with a passion for quality services. She is not only committed to helping her clients to find their dream home, but offers a distinctive experience by educating, assisting and empowering individuals to invest in real estate.

After 20+ years in the customer service industry as CEO of her own brand Lennie B & Co., Lanette is fully committed to making sure her clients are not only fully informed throughout the home buying process, but goes above and beyond to ensure that each client has a memorable experience for years to come. Lanette is passionate about real estate and takes great pleasure discovering emerging markets and home renovation trends. Lanette spends much of her time with her children.
