Julie Meggs Has Been Awarded the Certified Residential Specialist Designation

Tuscaloosa, Alabama (Grassroots Newswire) 04/13/2023 -- Julie Meggs, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Residential Real Estate Council, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers in the residential sales field. The CRS designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

REALTORS® who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate. Only 22,000, less than 3%, of all REALTORS® nationwide have earned the credential.
