Next Level Career Development for Real Estate Professionals

Turlock, CA – Rick DeLuca, the Regional Owner of EXIT Realty's Pacific West region, conducted a training session in California’s Central Valley for EXIT Realty Consultants on July 18 and 20, with a focus on generating more residential listing inventory and providing superior customer service. This training was aimed at helping brokerage owner, Kris Klair's 250 agents communicate with potential sellers about the advantages of selling their homes in the current real estate market, which is experiencing a nationwide record low number of available homes for sale.

 

Before taking on the role of Regional Owner in March 2020, Rick had an impressive background as an international trainer for twenty-two years. Now, in his capacity as the Regional Owner, he oversees the 7-state region, which includes the Western Pacific states. His goal is to foster growth in the region by collaborating with companies and agents interested in enhancing their individual success within the real estate industry.
