International Humanitarian Award Honors John Farrell and Robert Farrell

Vestal, NY –

John Farrell and Robert Farrell, owners of EXIT Realty Homeward Bound with offices in Vestal and Oneonta, were honored with the 2023 Humanitarian Award at the EXIT Realty Corp. International convention held recently at the Disneyland^® Hotel in Anaheim, California.  The awards ceremony was a highlight of the event presided over by EXIT’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris and Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell.

 

John, Robert, and the real estate professionals at EXIT Realty Homeward Bound are deeply invested in the well-being of their community.  Their annual golf tournament fundraiser celebrated its 16^th year in 2023 benefiting Habitat for Humanity.  Broome County Habitat for Humanity is the local chapter of the international non-profit whose mission “brings people together to build homes, communities and hope”. 

 

“This father and son duo have a heart for people and are pillars of their community,” says Morris.  “They have been active in raising funds at various events, including tens of thousands of dollars for Habitat for Humanity. Their generous spirit is appreciated by everyone at EXIT.”

 

The brokerage also achieved the ranking of #5 Highest Producing Office – Real Estate Transaction Sides (Multiple Locations) for EXIT across the U.S. and Canada, and the owners were recognized for individual achievement.  Robert was presented with the Silver Award in recognition of closing more than 50 sides and John received the Titanium Award in recognition of closing more than 150 sides. All awards reflect the period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
