New Smryna Beach, FL – The real estate market in many areas of the country saw a correction in 2022/2023 to a more sustainable pace following the buying and selling frenzy of the past few years. Carl Vasile, Sales Representative with EXIT Real Estate Property Solutions with offices in South Daytona, New Smyrna Beach and Edgewater, achieved the Million Dollar Circle for closing more than one million dollars in commission, and earned the Gold Award for closing more than 75 real estate transaction sides.  His sales team, Team Vasile, achieved the raking of #1 Team in North America.  All awards reflect the period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
