EXIT Success Realty Offers Buffini & Company 100 Days to Greatness® Training Program for Real Estate Professionals

Martinsburg, West Virginia (Grassroots Newswire) 12/20/2023 -- EXIT Success Realty is pleased to announce that it is offering Buffini & Company 100 Days to Greatness®  real estate training program. This course provides methods for newly-licensed agents to create and optimize their database and lead generation strategy through dialogues, role play scenarios and resources for a smooth buying and selling client experience. Developed by industry expert Brian Buffini, this 14-week course introduces agents to the work by referral system and builds a foundation on which they may build a successful business. Classes will begin January 15, 2024, and continues for the next 3 months.  

Facilitated by Broker/Owner, Howard Kronthal, 100 Days to Greatness® is delivered through a series of video modules and includes weekly action steps to accelerate agents’ careers. Participants in each class have access to a robust online resource center that includes infographics, presentations and dialogues, access to Referral Maker^® CRM and a tracking system. Class time is devoted to watching the modules, group discussion, synergy sessions and receiving encouragement and accountability.
