EXIT Realty Mountain View Leadership Attends Broker/Owner Training

Colorado Springs, Colorado (Grassroots Newswire) April 18, 2024 -- EXIT Realty Mountain View Broker/Owner, Brandy Brown, travelled to Mississauga Canada recently for Broker/Owner Training, an intense 5 Day Event attended by some of the top real estate leadership and new franchise owners in North America.

Brown participated in discussions focused on developing real estate professionals, company culture and marketing. Also in attendance were Janice Petteway, EXIT's Director of Brokerage Development and other top executives.

Another focus of the training was ways in which real estate brokerages can become more involved in their local communities. A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT's head office to have those funds matched from the company's pool of funds.
