EXIT Realty East Coast Attends Regional Buyer Agency Training Webinars

West Long Branch, NJ 7/15/2024 -- Real estate agents from EXIT Realty East Coast in West Long Branch, NJ recently attended  Regional Buyer Agency Training Webinars on July 9th and July 11th, hosted by EXIT Realty of NJ. 

The training reviewed buyer agency representation contracts and duties, effective buyer counseling techniques, and successful negotiation practices. Taught by renowned buyer's agent trainer/coach, Christine M. “Tina” Caggiano, the training follows Governor Murphy’s signing of the Real Estate Consumer Protection Act into law, which will take effect August 1, 2024 and strengthens both consumer and real estate licensee protections.
