Julie Mills Taking a larger Leadership Role With EXIT Realty and EXIT Coastal Gateway Realty

DIAMONDHEAD, Mississippi (Grassroots Newswire)September 11, 2024 -- James A. Marble, Broker/Owner of EXIT Coastal Gateway Realty Realty today announced that Associate Broker, Julie Mills, has been appointed to the integral role of Engagement Leader for the brokerage.

Julie will be responsible for educating her fellow REALTORS® about technology to help advance their business and better serve their customers. EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Engagement Leader program is the brainchild of the company’s Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell, who recognized the importance of agents helping agents. Director of Corporate Engagement, Annette Anthony, communicates with the volunteer agent Engagement Leaders and tasks them with teaching tech tips to their peers during office meetings, one-on-one, etc.  “I travel throughout our company and personally show our Associates how to use our resources. What I experience is that our agents thrive when we walk them through the use of our tools hands-on,” says Anthony. “And that’s where Julie comes in; an agent with a heart for helping  other agents succeed.”
