The latest of these accolades came during EXIT Realty Corp. International’s 2024 convention, held at the prestigious Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL, where the two were presented with Broker of the Year awards for EXIT’s East U.S. division, and the office was also awarded Highest Producing Office – Real Estate Transaction Sides (Single) in North America.

Built on love and respect for others, they practice what they preach as top producing agents and balance their time training and growing their agents into experienced leaders,” explained Craig Witt, EXIT’s U.S. CEO, who was in attendance for the awards presentation along with Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell, and EXIT’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris. “They received this award because they’re remarkable brokers in our EXIT family and deserve to be recognized as such. We are incredibly thankful for them and their leadership.”

 

It was here, during the highly anticipated awards ceremony, where John, a three-time Tri-Real-A-Thon winner, which is one of EXIT’s highest achievements, also took home the Platinum Award recognizing 100+ real estate transactions closed in EXIT’s production year, which runs July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024 and Robert received the Bronze Award, for closing 25+ real estate transactions in same period.
