EXIT Cape Realty Hosts “EXIT Gives Back” Charity Vendor & Food Truck Fair

Community event to raise funds for Cape Cod & Islands Veterans Outreach Center with food trucks, local artisans, raffle prizes a heartfelt tribute to our local veterans

Falmouth, Massachusetts (Grassroots Newswire) September 18, 2025 -- EXIT Cape Realty is proud to announce the EXIT Gives Back Charity Vendor & Food Truck Fair, happening Sunday, October 19, from 11 AM to 4 PM at 660 N. Falmouth Highway, North Falmouth, MA.

This free, family-friendly event will feature over 24 local vendors, food trucks, live entertainment, HUGE raffle giveaways, and a special Veterans Tribute Ceremony.

All proceeds will directly benefit the Cape Cod & Islands Veterans Outreach Center, providing critical support to local veterans and their families.

Highlights of the Day Include:

•   Veterans Tribute Ceremony at 12:30 PM with guest speaker Steven Xiarhos, Massachusetts State Representative, and a meaningful gift for every veteran in attendance.
•   Raffle Prizes & Giveaways donated by local businesses, including dining experiences, excursions, and more. Each guest will also receive a complimentary gift courtesy from Townie Collection.
•   Food Trucks serving up delicious foods
•   Local Vendors - shop local Cape Cod Artisans.
•   Fun for the Kids with Miss Lori
•   DJ Entertainment

In addition to event proceeds, all three EXIT Cape Realty offices will donate a portion of every real estate transaction throughout the year to the Cape Cod & Islands Veterans Outreach Center. To further increase impact, EXIT Realty Corporate will match donations up to $2,000.
