EXIT Cape Realty's Very Own Named EXIT's 2025 Administrator of the Year

Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Corp. International is proud to announce that Cheryl Doyle, Administrator with EXIT Cape Realty in Cotuit, MA, was recently presented the 2025 EXIT Realty Administrator of the Year Award as part of their annual awards spotlight on excellence.

 

EXIT Realty Co‑Chair, Tami Bonnell presented the award at the office’s monthly sales meeting, to Doyle’s complete surprise, celebrating her dedication and achievements in front of her peers and colleagues. Broker/Owner, Dave Harris was proud to share in the moment saying, “Cheryl joined me almost 13 years ago when I started the company from a single, one-room office and has been instrumental in the growth of the company to three beautiful offices and a full-time real estate school. She’s directly responsible for agent services and marketing, new agent onboarding and orientation, and she serves as our company photographer and handles all our financials with great skill and accuracy. She quickly assumes new projects and is highly regarded within the company. She also spearheads our annual charity events and coordinates the activities and vendors, including Spirit of EXIT initiatives. It has been a privilege to work alongside her for all of these years, and I’m looking forward to many more to come.”

 

This highly prestigious award, presented to only one recipient from across North America each year, recognizes support staff whose contributions go beyond routine duties, whose leadership and attention to detail strengthen both internal operations and the agent experience.
