Local Father & Son Real Estate Ownership Duo Take Top Awards in 2025

Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Corp. International is thrilled to announce that John Farrell and Robert Farrell, operating together as a dynamic father-son leadership duo under EXIT Realty Homeward Bound, NY, have once again earned top accolades in their 2025 production year.

The awards were presented during the EXIT Realty NashVegas Road Trip, a multi-stop event that rolled from Nashville to Las Vegas this fall, and underscore the Farrells’ long-standing commitment to excellence, productivity, and leadership within EXIT.

 

Together their office achieved EXIT’s #1 Highest Producing Office – Sides (Multiple Offices), as well as #5 Highest Grossing Office (Multiple Offices). Robert was recognized with a Diamond Circle award for closing 1,000 sides over his impressive 20+ year career with the brand and both would take home production awards for their success during EXIT’s production year from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025; John a Platinum for closing over 100 sides, and Robert a Bronze closing over 25.

 

In addition to their 2025 achievements, John Farrell holds a distinguished legacy within the organization, having won the company’s pinnacle of awards, the Tri-Real-A-Thon award in 2003, 2004, and 2006. They were also the proud recipients of EXIT’s Humanitarian Award in 2023, recognizing their outstanding service and contributions to their community.
