I’m Gustavo Reyes, a Texas-licensed real estate agent based in Central Texas. In 2025, I joined EXIT Realty Advisors, and I feel truly honored to be part of such a supportive and forward-thinking team.

Before real estate, I spent over five years as a construction project manager and estimator on multifamily and commercial projects across the state. I was fortunate to work on teams that delivered properties in Austin, a large logistics center in Dallas, and numerous other apartment communities and light-commercial projects in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and surrounding areas. That hands-on experience taught me how to read critical timeframes, control costs, and understand exactly what it takes to turn raw land into a finished development.

Today, with EXIT Realty Advisors, I focus on raw land, ranches, infill development sites, industrial outdoor storage, light commercial properties, and multifamily investments, primarily in Central and South Texas. Having estimated and built these asset types myself, I’m able to give clients a straightforward, realistic view of feasibility and value.

When I’m not working, I love being outdoors. You’ll usually find me mountain biking, riding dirt bikes in the Hill Country, or just enjoying everything Texas has to offer. Those activities keep me grounded and energized.

I’m truly grateful for every client who allows me to help. My goal is always the same: listen well, work hard, and do everything I can to help you reach the best possible outcome—whether you’re acquiring your next project or selling land that means a lot to your family.
