3 local agents received recognition from EXIT of the Carolinas for their accomplishments in 2016

Brevard & Hendersonvile, NC (Grassroots Newswire) 3/8/2017 -- On February 23rd 2017 the Regional Sales Rally and Award Ceremony for EXIT of the Carolinas was held in Columbia, SC.

We are pleased to announce that several of our local agents were recognized for their production and stellar performances in 2016.

Jay Kaiser was recognized for being the 5th agent in all of NC in the number of transactions closed. Jay also received an award called “90-10 Club”. Jay works in our Brevard office and has been a pillar in the community for decades. He has likely sold as much or more real estate than any agent currently living in Transylvania County.

Carl Brown was recognized for being ranked as number 6 in the state as well as the 90-10 Club award. Carl spoke on the agent panel and shared from his experience with the entire region as well some of his “secrets for success”. Carl works out of our Hendersonville office. He serves all of Western NC.

Theresa Hutchins was recognized as being in the 90-10 club as well. The 90-10 award is given to  agents that exceeded $3.4m in sales and resulted in the highest possible commission split the company offers. Theresa is currently the Broker-in-Charge of the Brevard office.
