2nd Annual MidWest Tech Fair Takes Place in Sharonville, OH

Sharonville, OH (Grassroots Newswire) 9/5/13 --The MidWest Tech Fair is an annual technology conference for Realtors® and Real Estate Professionals.  The 2^nd Annual MidWest Tech Fair took place in Sharonville, OH on Aug. 22, 2013 with EXIT Realty as a sponsor of the event.  Real Estate Professionals from Ohio and neighboring states convened for a full day of hands-on seminars put on by 10 leading speakers in the technology field.  One of the distinguished speakers included EXIT Realty VP of Technology and Innovation, Jeff Lobb.  Jeff’s seminar, The Human Side of Tech, stressed the importance of adding the element of human touch to your technology.  He also served on the Panel: What’s Next in Real Estate Tech, which was an open panel for presenters and attendees to discuss the future of technology and the upcoming trends and products that agents can utilize to improve and expand their businesses.  Local distinguished speaker, Jen Griffin, Online Marketing Specialist with Your Business Ignited also spoke at the event about how to Create YOUR Winning Social Media Strategy.  During this seminar, Jen helped Realtors® develop a game plan to social media success.

Training Systems Developed for Agents

Another aspect of this training is marketing tasks and instruction to get agents producing results. “Part of the new training is incorporating a more updated and more consistent marketing system,” according to Chelsea McCarty.  Agents are being introduced to multiple marketing systems that will lead them to a larger demographic of clientele.  Social media, Craigslist, and direct mailing are just some of the marketing systems we are incorporating into the new training regimen.  Another important aspect of the training is consistency. Marketing is something that should be done every single day on multiple sites. “It’s all about learning what marketing tools are best for each person, then setting up a marketing schedule that is consistent and will draw attention to their business as the end result”, says Chelsea.
