Salt Lake City, Utah (Grassroots Newswire) 01/12/2022 -- In Realtor.com's Forecast of Top Housing Markets of 2022, Salt Lake City was named this year's top market.  “The median home price for Salt Lake, according to Realtor.com®, is $564,062.  Realtor.com® is projecting an 8.5% increase in home prices in 2022.  If this forecast is correct, the median house price will rise to over $600,000 in the next 12 months”.
