Boone, IA – RETRACTION: EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that it has committed to match funds raised by EXIT Realty Lora & Company benefitting The Chris Olerich Memorial Scholarship which is dedicated to funding a two-year community college degree for one deserving recipient per year from Boone, Story or Greene County.   

EXIT Realty Lora & Company located in Boone, is part of the EXIT Realty Upper Midwest and EXIT Realty Corp. International family of independently owned and operated franchise brokerages. A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund.  Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds. 

Throughout 2019, the real estate professionals of EXIT Realty Lora & Company will dedicate $100 from each closed real estate transaction (plus an additional $150 if the client in the transaction was a referral) to The Chris Olerich Memorial Scholarship.  In addition, the brokerage will raise money through donations from the community and local business partners.  EXIT Realty Corp. Results are in for the first-ever Heart of Iowa Home Tweet Home this past Friday evening. We are thrilled to announce the $14,881, including a $6,000 match from EXIT Realty Corporation and EXIT Realty Lora & Company will be donated to Heartland Iowa Habitat’s 27th project at 406 S Water Street in Madrid. Ames, IA (Grassroots Newswire) 05/31/2016 -- Heather Ahrens with EXIT Realty Lora & Company will be hosting "Movie Night In the Park" starting on Friday, June 3, 2016, at the JB McHose shelter, McHose Park in Boone.

Bring your blankets or chairs and enjoy a movie under the stars! The movie selection for this month is the Disney Pixar movie UP. The movie will start promptly at 8pm.

This is a free event, open to the public. This month we would like to collect free will donations of non-perishable food for the local pantries. Let's fill the EXIT smart car with food to help those in need in our community!
