Long-Time Local Real Estate Family Legacy Recognized for Service and Continued Growth
Mississauga, ON – A commitment to service and growth during this remarkable real estate year defined by grit, innovation, and change, has garnered Broker/Owners, Kristen Trembinski and Jamie Coccimiglio of EXIT Realty True North Brokerage in northern Ontario several EXIT Realty Corp. International awards during the company’s 2025 Canadian Regional Conference in Halifax, NS this fall.
“Kristen and Jamie operate the largest and most successfully productive real estate brokerage in Sault Ste. Marie in addition to several other branch locations. In the history of the real estate industry, never has a brokerage dominated in the city with such high production levels,” explained Joyce Paron, EXIT’s Canadian CEO who was in attendance to present awards. “Their hands-on leadership, focused on the empowerment of their agents has defined a new and better way, creating an opportunity for agents to build a financial legacy for themselves and their families. These are leaders who walk the walk and understand the real estate business."
A dynamic and complimentary ownership team bringing a powerful combination of leadership and sales knowledge, Trembinski’s and Coccimiglio’s brokerage operation took the #4 Highest Grossing Multiple Office and #5 Highest Producing Multiple Office awards in addition to Coccimiglio receiving a Gold award in recognition of personally closing over 75 sides in the brand’s production year from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.
A second-generation real estate professional, Trembinski joined her father’s EXIT Realty Lake Superior Brokerage in 2006 with Coccimiglio two years later, both straight out of university. One fateful day in 2012 would thrust both into ownership with Kristen’s brother, Rob Trembinski, after their father suffered a debilitating stroke. Since then, they’ve been recognized as Canadian Brokers of the Year and for Superior Brokerage Development.
Now with just Trembinski and Coccimiglio at the helm, they’ve successfully built on and re-branded the family legacy into EXIT Realty True North, which has expanded from one location to six that serve the Sault Ste. Marie, Barrie, Blind River, Chapleau, and St. Joseph Island markets. Both also represent EXIT as regional owners of EXIT Realty Northern Ontario.
