Susan Tiffin specializes in helping buyers and sellers invest in residential real estate in the greater Oklahoma City area, including Edmond, Oklahoma City, Deer Creek, Piedmont, Cashion and surrounding areas. Her family’s ties to Oklahoma real estate date back well over a century to when her grandfather left the Virginias to stake his claim in what would become this great state. Since then, her family has been in love with the land and its people; she and her husband continue that tie today with their country lifestyle with their dogs and horses. She has been associated with the real estate market for over 20 years, earning the money to start her first business as a decorator through her own investments in real estate, a career that has helped her increase the value of her clients’ most precious assets—their homes—both for their personal enjoyment and return on their investment. As a designer, she has worked on several Parade homes for the Homebuilders Association, and even had one Parade home she designed from the ground up which sold in less than a week. Her first real estate clients were even design clients who found their property values were such that they decided to begin investing in real estate. Her practice focuses on investment property and helping a full array of other buyers and sellers.
