EXIT Realty’s Juan Garcia of Raleigh Attends International Convention

Raleigh, NC (Grassroots Newswire) Oct 29 -- Juan Garcia joined real estate professionals from across North America recently at the EXIT Realty International Convention at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort in Amelia Island, Florida.

This convention is an annual event that brings top real estate professionals together to interact and learn from each other and promote discussions about issues and trends in the real estate market. A high point of the event was the special awards ceremony presided over by EXIT Realty Corp. International Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris.

Juan Garcia Named Agent-of-the-Year by EXIT Realty Preferred Triangle of Raleigh

Raleigh, North Carolina (Grassroots Newswire) Monday, June 13, 2022 -- Juan Garcia has been named Agent-of-the-Year by EXIT Realty Preferred Triangle of Raleigh. 

Juan Garcia has earned the “Agent of the Year” designation for 2021 and is much deserving of this award. Not only did Juan work incredibly hard on behalf of all of his clients last year, but he did it from 1,000 miles away. Juan lives in Wisconsin, but often makes trips to the Triangle because his clients love him so much, they won’t work with anyone else. Many of Juan's clients only speak Spanish, and so they trust him to truly provide that fiduciary duty in understanding paperwork written mostly in English, and walking through the legal process. He is their advocate, and trusted advisor during negotiations. “They would literally call and ask when he was coming into town next to discuss business,” says Mikaela Rojas, Broker-In-Charge at EXIT Realty Preferred Triangle. “Some agents struggle to do business in their local town,” Mikaela continued, “but Juan somehow manages to provide amazing customer service in 2 different states.” Juan is dual affiliated with another EXIT office in Wisconsin, where he also has a faithful pool of clients he has served over the years.
