EXIT Realty Awards Subfranchisor Rights for Utah to Kent Allred and Glade McCombs
Sandy, UT – Tami Bonnell, CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International, today announced that the subfranchisor rights for the State of Utah have been awarded to Kent Allred and Glade McCombs.
Both partners are established real estate professionals. Allred, a decorated former police officer and firefighter, entered the real estate industry as the owner of a mortgage company and business coach and actively worked in the development of master planned communities. McCombs successfully started, managed and marketed several construction and technology businesses during his 36 year career. He is a licensed REALTOR
® and an active member of several real estate boards and associations.
McCombs joined EXIT Realty Legacy’s Salt Lake City office in 2014 as a sales representative, attributing his decision to the company’s cooperative spirit and family environment. Allred was McCombs’ preferred lender. As their friendship grew so did their interest in ownership opportunities within EXIT. “We inquired into regional opportunities and discovered that there has never been a better time to grow the EXIT Realty brand in the state,” said McCombs. “Our existing offices are managed by exceptional brokers, have a first-rate supporting staff and the offices are home to some of the best REALTORS in the business. Both partners are avid outdoorsmen, devoted husbands and fathers. Allred is a pilot and certified scuba diver and he and his wife, Kaylene, are raising four children. McCombs enjoys hiking, skiing and canyoneering. He and his wife, Corinne, also have four children and enjoy their seven grandchildren.
