EXIT Advantage Realty's Reality Show Puts Cast Under the Microscope
EXIT Realty 2 Reality chronicles the growth of 10 Dallas real estate agents
Dallas, TX (Grassroots Newswire) April 25, 2011 --Tom Charron, Broker/Owner of EXIT Advantage Realty in Dallas wondered what would happen if he hired 10 real estate agents with varying levels of experience, provided them with the best training, coaching and technology that EXIT Realty has to offer, then put them under a microscope. From that initial musing, his innovative EXIT Realty 2 Reality show was born.
"It's part reality show and part news," says Charron. "The goal is to take these 8 to 10 agents, our "cast members", from where they are now to where they want to be in their real estate careers. We auditioned people who had the basics under their belt but just wanted to do more. We put them through a number of tests to find out what they knew. We're building these people up to be powerhouses and we want to share the experience with EXIT agents across the system. Our audience will be watching them grow." Cast members include Luis Arce, Catherine Bassett, Ranesa Bodine, Michael Couture, Tom Meyer, JP Piccinini, Jean Paul Puryear, Gwendolyn Sadler, Mechie Sylvester and Judy Giles.
The program reaches EXIT Realty offices across North America using EXIT Realty's Live/Interactive training program technology.
