A licensed real estate broker and Broker of Record with experience across Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, Monica brings extensive market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a client-first approach to every transaction. New Jersey is especially meaningful to Monica. She grew up in Williamstown and is a proud graduate of St. Joseph High School, giving her a personal connection to the South Jersey communities she serves. Although she now resides in Delaware, Monica regularly travels to New Jersey to serve her clients and remain actively engaged in her real estate business throughout the state. In addition to her real estate career, Monica proudly served 22 years in the United States Air Force, retiring at the rank of Senior Master Sergeant.
