The designation Audri Gallegos received is for the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification which is a thorough training on negotiation tactics and strategies, including role playing that demonstrates handling tough negotiations between clients and agents, and how to handle them professionally. She has learned more ways to keep a negotiation going and prevent the deal from going dead and to observe and listen for certain subtle queues. It's extremely eye opening and a very helpful training.
Audri had decided to further her skill set for the sake of her clients. Audri has said that “I was working on negotiating for some clients who are Senior Citizens working on their retirement plan, and they were already in a difficult situation due to life circumstances. I felt like it was most important to bring more skills to the table for their benefit specifically, but also for all my future clients' needs as well. As a realtor, it is important to me to bring as much value as I can for my clients who hire me to represent them.”
Her next goal is to work on being an exceptional listing agent by working on receiving a designation to represent clients who are selling their home.
