EXIT Realty Florida Announces the Associate of the Month
EXIT Success Realty Associate, Robert Wilkes, Recognized for the Month of January
Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Grassroots Newswire) February 14, 2012 -- EXIT Realty Florida introduced an award to recognize an ‘Associate of the Month’ on a monthly basis from any one of the EXIT Realty Florida offices across the State of Florida. At EXIT, we understand that our associates are the foundation to the success of the entire Corporation. EXIT Realty Florida has implemented this recognition program to honor those EXIT Realty Florida associates who have gone above and beyond each month to excel in terms of production and providing top notch customer service.
The ‘Associate of the Month’ is selected by following a point system used to review agent production based on specific criteria including the number of listings, pending contracts, closings, and the introduction of new agents into the EXIT system. All data is collected from EXIT’s proprietary software, MEMO, and at the end of each Month the associate with the highest point count is selected.
Robert Wilkes of EXIT Success Realty in Springhill, FL was recognized as the ‘Associate of the Month’ for the month of January. Wilkes’ hard work and commitment to EXIT and the surrounding communities has been influential to his ongoing success. Robert “Bob” Wilkes began his career with EXIT Success Realty upon receiving his Florida real estate license in January 2007. Bob earned his “GRI” and “Green” designations and also obtained his Broker’s license in 2009. Wilkes is a REALTOR® with the Hernando County Association of REALTORS®.
Wilkes enjoys mentoring with his fellow agents and is a tremendous asset to his team. His hard work, ethics, customer service, commitment, honesty, and trust are truly his first priority. EXIT Success Realty is very proud to have Bob as a member of the team.
Bob has worked very hard in many aspects of his life and is happily married with two children and three grandchildren. Wilkes is a Navy Veteran and a retired real estate manager from the US Postal Service.
