Simon Bexon Joins EXIT Cape Realty

North Falmouth, MA(Grassroots Newswire) 5/21/2026 --EXIT Cape Realty is pleased to announce that Simon Bexon has joined its Cape Cod real estate team.
Originally from England, Simon moved to the United States in 1987 and has called several states home over the years, including Massachusetts, Minnesota, Texas, and Tennessee. Before entering real estate, Simon built a successful 35-year career with Bose Corporation, where he worked in sales, management, and training.
Simon’s interest in real estate began early. He purchased his first home in London in 1986 and rented rooms to fellow college students to help pay the mortgage. That early experience gave him a practical understanding of homeownership, investment, and the importance of making smart real estate decisions.
Simon and his wife, Patti, have had a long connection to Cape Cod. During one of their first dates, they visited Falmouth and immediately knew the Cape would one day become home. They purchased a second home in 2005, spent summers enjoying the Cape, and moved here full-time in 2022.
