Lakeville, MN (Grassroots Newswire) 12/19/18 -- An ownership change was announced today at EXIT Realty Leaders in downtown Lakeville, MN. Nick Leavy, owner of another EXIT Realty office on North Dakota, has purchase a majority interest in the Lakeville brokerage and assumes operational responsibility.
Spencer Pankonin, it's previous owner, says "Partnering up with Nick is a stellar move and will allow us to propel the growth of this brokerage." Pankonin will stay on as a minority partner and assist in the growth of Leaders. "Nick's experience in the real estate business and knowledge of brokerage operations is exactly what we needed".
