Lakewood Ranch, FL (Grassroots Newswire) May 22, 2009 -- EXIT Realty Signature Properties invites first time homebuyers to attend a free homebuyers workshop on Saturday, June 6 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. to help answer their homebuying questions.  Participants will find out what options are available to finance a first home; learn about steps that can be taken to prepare for home ownership; and gain the insights that will make their first home purchase as successful as possible.  All you can eat food, door prizes, free money to purchase homes, vouchers towards closing costs, onsite mortgage approvals, realtors onsite and vendor expo.
