EXIT Realty Presents Free Home Staging Seminar

Mountain Lakes, NJ (Grassroots Newswire) July 9, 2009 -- EXIT Realty Gold Service in Mountain Lakes, NJ, is again presenting the very popular free seminar on Home Staging for people thinking about selling their home now or in the near future. Staging can make a house look bigger, brighter, cleaner, warmer, more loving and, best of all, it makes home buyers want to buy it. Surveys show that staged homes sell faster and for more money.

This two hour program is presented by EXIT Realty Gold Service owners, Sima Wolf and Lyle Wolf. Sima is one of approximately 220 ASPs (Accredited Home Stagers) in New Jersey. Sima will cover the basics of staging and provide tips that any seller can use to make their home more marketable.

Lyle, who is also a professional photographer and past publisher of Unique Homes Magazine, will provide insight into how to make the most of photography and the Internet in marketing a staged home.

The seminar is offered twice on Wednesday, July 22. Choose the morning session 10am-12noon or the evening session 6:00-8:00pm.
