New Agent Transfers to EXIT Latham Realty

Easton, MD (Grassroots Newswire) February 25, 2010 -- EXIT Latham Realty of Easton, MD is proud to announce the association of Sandy Dunker as an Associate Broker with their firm. Sandy brings many years of experience from real estate sales, management and training with her. She has worked for three other national companies during her real estate career; during which time she earned three distinctive designations: GRI (Graduate of Real Estate), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and CRB (Certified Residential Broker).

Mrs. Dunker has been an instructor for national companies where she taught the Principles and Practices of Real Estate for pre-licensing students. Many of those students are active agents today. In addition she has taught Continuing Education classes for agents which included Fair Housing, Ethics and Predatory Lending. She enjoys giving and receiving referrals from past students and clients.

She is a member of National Association of REALTORS®, Maryland Association of Board REALTORS® and the Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS®.

Sandy and her husband, Dave, are residents of Easton, MD. They relocated here from North Carolina seven years ago. Sandy and Dave are both active with their church where they participate in many activities and committees.
