Fredericksburg, Virginia (Grassroots Newswire) 7/19/10 -- Judy is part of a group of six ladies from the Voices of POP, which is the chorus that sings with the Rappahannock POPS Orchestra. The ladies sang doo-wop and the men sang barbershop. The celebration was hosted by The Fredericksburg Sister City organization. The festival was held Friday July 16, 2010.
