Las Vegas, NV (Grassroots Newswire) March 19, 2012 -- As a result of outstanding real estate achievements and demonstrated leadership, Vandana Chima and Brandon Roberts have been selected by the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®, Young Professional Network of Las Vegas as a recipient of the 2012 YPN-Las Vegas Top 40 Under 40 award. Vandana Chima is the Corporate Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Platinum Group and has two offices on either side of the Las Vegas Valley. Roberts and Chima were nominated by their industry peers, who recognized them as outstanding individuals that have achieved professional excellence, dedication to their community through their charitable efforts, and strong leadership ability.

As a recipient of the YPN Las Vegas 40 Under 40 award, Roberts and Chima will join a select group of distinguished REALTOR® professionals from all over Southern Nevada. Together with these other high-achieving REALTOR®professionals, they will take part in a program that will help them shape their future and introduce them to industry and community leadership as they have never experienced it before.

Chima and Roberts, along with the other recipients, will be honored at an awards ceremony on April 5, 2012 from 6-9 p.m. at the Venetian Hotel’s very private and exclusive Paizza Club.

On their radio show, Roberts and Chima discuss everything real estate related, yet bringing the latest real estate news, topics which concern REALTORS and consumers and bring to light some great ways to grow your business.
