Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) and the Virginia Housing Coalition Honors Top 40 Under 40

Chesterfield, VA – "Kimberly Plourde, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Central in Norfolk, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach was one of 40 Virginia REALTORS^® statewide to be bestowed the prestigious "Top 40 Under 40" award from the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) and the Virginia Housing Coalition", said Nancy Shaver, Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Virginia. The award was presented during the 2012 Virginia Housing Coalition dinner held on Thursday, June 21st in Richmond, Virginia. In addition, award recipients will be invited to participate in a two-day leadership development training session in September sponsored by VHDA.
