HOMES FOR HEROES Affiliate Helps Heroes get affordable housing
Jackson, Michigan (Grassroots Newswire) 5/17/2012 -- Harv Warsen REALTOR of EXIT Realty 1st will host a local Ribbon Cutting Ceremony event that will provide information for hero’s seeking discount and rebates when buying or selling a home. The Military heroes make up a large percentage of those applying for help although the program also acknowledges community hero like police, firefighters, EMT’s and teachers as an example. This event will have Mayor Griffin reading a proclamation, the Michigan Homes for Heroes representative will be on hand as well as Hero vehicles will be there to display their pride. All of this will take place at 1407 Clinton Rd. on Thursday May 17, 2012 from 11-1 pm.The HOMES FOR HEROES program was created after the tragic events of 9/11 as a “Thank you” to the men and women who have given so much.
