Brandon Mardenfeld of EXIT Real Estate Gallery Recognized for the Month of April

Ft Lauderdale, FL (Grassroots Newswire) May 16th, 2012 --EXIT Realty Florida introduced an award to recognize an ‘Associate of the Month’ on a monthly basis from any one of the EXIT Realty Florida offices across the State of Florida. Brandon has established himself as a hard worker with exceptional dedication to EXIT Realty. Mardenfeld has gained an outstanding amount of experience and knowledge in the industry and has been selling real estate since 2003. Originally from South Florida, Brandon moved to North Florida in 2006, where he currently resides with his wife Erin and their two children Madison and Grayson. Brandon specializes in helping investors locate profitable foreclosures, tax sales and distressed properties. He has closed more than 400 transactions since he started. As one of the top producing agents at EXIT Real Estate Gallery, Brandon currently holds a listing inventory of 35 homes and closed 74 transactions in 2011 alone. The Associate of the Month is selected by reviewing the total numeric count received based on the following criteria: New Listings: 1 point per new listing, Pending Contracts: 3 points per pending contract, Closings: 10 points per closed side, and Introduction of New Agents into the EXIT system: 20 points per Agent introduced into EXIT. All data is collected from EXIT’s proprietary software, MEMO, and at the end of each Month the Associate with the highest point count is selected.
