EXIT Realty Central's Kimberly Plourde Named in Top 40 Under 40

Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) and the Virginia Housing Coalition Honors Top 40 Under 40

Chesterfield, VA – "Kimberly Plourde, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Central in Norfolk, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach was one of 40 Virginia REALTORS^® statewide to be bestowed the prestigious "Top 40 Under 40" award from the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) and the Virginia Housing Coalition", said Nancy Shaver, Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Virginia. The award was presented during the 2012 Virginia Housing Coalition dinner held on Thursday, June 21st in Richmond, Virginia. In addition, award recipients will be invited to participate in a two-day leadership development training session in September sponsored by VHDA.

"Kimberly is dedicated to her profession and to her community," said Shaver. She is a licensed REALTOR in Virginia and North Carolina and a licensed instructor. Kimberly was the #1 2009 individual sales person for the Hampton Roads REALTOR Association. She has been the top producing EXIT Realty agent in Virginia for the years 2009, 2010 and 2011. In 2011 she was named #96 in the top 1000 Agents in the United States by the prestigious REAL Trends.

Kimberly was one of just 20 selected for the 2010 Virginia Association of REALTORS Leadership Committee. She has served on numerous committees including the Hampton Roads Young Professional Network.
   
About the 40 Under 40 Award: The "Top 40 Under 40" Housing awards recognize Virginia's top professionals under the age of forty who have demonstrated dedication to their community and distinction in their professional accomplishments. The award was established by VHC and VHDA to commemorate VHDA's 40th anniversary.
